Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged or Lost Packages URBANCOWBOYOUTDOORS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
