Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at  rhoade4255@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at rhoade4255@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
